Details of Purchase and Definitions
Design Time
Design Time refers to the amount of time set aside for developement on your design. Design Time is finite, meaning it can run out. Half Hour and Full Hour Designs are exactly what their names imply, 'Half Hour Design' equals 30 minutes of Design Time and 'Full Hour Design' equals 60 minutes of Design Time. While Design Time is limited, no designs will ever be sent out unfinished. In the case of more demanding projects, Design Time greater than 60 minutes may be required at additional cost. Proofing and general communication between youself and MMRoberts is not considered Design Time.
Proofing Process
'Proofing' is the process of communication where work-in-progress designs are sent for your review. During the proofing process it is your responsibility to review the artwork and ensure all the information on the artwork is correct. During the proofing process, your feedback and desired changes will be carried out until the design is finished, as long as design time allows for the changes. After a design is finalized, you will have up to one week to request a change or fix (in the instance of a typo or minor error) free of charge.
Iterations
Iterations are designs created using an existing artwork MMRoberts has made for you. Some examples of Iterations are: Business cards under the same brand but for different employees, fliers from last year's event updated for this year, or signage with a new slogan to replace an old one. The starting price for Iterations is $14.99 + tax, and varies depending on the complexity of the Iteration. If you would like multiple Iterations of a design from the get-go, please consider the Full Service Design option.
Pricing Discrepancy
Know that the listed pricings on this page represent standard order and process. Depending on the complexity of the order, requests for additional Design Time, or requests for additional Iterations, pricing may vary from what is listed. Before accepting or requesting payment for any order, MMRoberts will make it very clear what you are paying for and will never charge for additional unlisted fees.
Refund Policy
MMRoberts will not provide refunds for projects currently in the design process or projects that have been finished and approved. Refund will only be provided on designs that have not begun their Design Time. It is the customers responsibility to communicate the desired specifications of their project and review the proofs provided to ensure that the design is correct. On finished projects, refunds will not be provided for instances of typos, incorrect specifications, or miscommunications.
